If you're feeding under 200 people booking 2-3 trucks would be our suggestion. Most vendors feed 40-80 people in an hour. If you exceed this amount you're in event territory. We'd love for you to fill out an inquiry if that's the case. 

Most trucks operate with a minimum fee this can vary. Owners typically ask the inviting host to cover their minimum fee if attendees do not fulfill it by the end of the event.

Everyone has different food needs. When scheduling a truck keep in mind how many people you're planning to feed. How quickly they need to be fed & how long you want food available. These are essential factors for each truck to personalize their menu to your needs.
